“I purchased the ResMed S9 AutoSet about a month ago and I am very impressed so far. The machine is barely audible on my average pressure of 12cm. The heated tube, although a bit heavier than the standard slim line tube, is well worth it as I have yet to have any rain-out issues. The machine and heated humidifier detach, so traveling with only the CPAP works well if you are trying to save some space. Unlike my old machine, this unit automatically adjusts the pressure as I sleep and I can definitely tell the difference when I wake up. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to upgrade”
